Are you a family carer, providing day-to-day support for a frail, dependent elderly relative? REGEME offers you a friendly space open to all, for a coffee break every 1st Tuesday of the month from 2.30pm to 4.30pm at the Maison du 3ème Age, CLIC 8 rue Mangin.
A psychologist from the Réseau Gérontologique Moselle Est will be happy to welcome you. In charge of running the "café des aidants", she will offer advice and support. You'll be able to chat freely over a cup of coffee in the company of other family carers, share your experience and receive advice and support. It's also an opportunity to break your isolation, take a break, relax or take some time for yourself... Admission is free.
