Our ORT missions

The main thrusts of the Opération de Revitalisation du Territoire in Saint-Avold:
HABITAT: Rehabilitate and restructure housing and land to make the city center more attractive.

COMMERCE: Promote balanced economic and commercial development by supporting our local retailers, craftsmen and restaurateurs.

LIVING ENVIRONMENT / URBAN DEVELOPMENT: Restructuring urban development, public spaces and the living environment to better adapt it to the well-being of our fellow citizens.

MOBILITY: Develop accessibility, mobility and connections to strengthen economic links.

ATTRACTIVITY: Enhance tourist attractions and revitalize the city center to promote Saint-Avold as a leading commercial city in a large region.
