Certain areas of the municipality are under video surveillance for the purpose of protecting people and property and preventing crimes, in accordance with Articles L.251-1 and L.251-2 of the Internal Security Code, the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), and Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, on Information Technology, Data Files, and Civil Liberties.

Purposes of the processing:

  • Prevention of threats to the safety of people and property;
  • Protection of buildings, facilities, and public spaces;
  • Prevention and detection of traffic violations;
  • Security in public places;
  • Regulation of transportation flows.

Legal basis: Public interest mission .

PREMISES UNDER VIDEO SURVEILLANCE

The facility is under video surveillance.
For a facility open to the public, the primary purpose set forth in Article L.251-2 of the Internal Security Code is to ensure the safety of people and property when the premises are exposed to the risk of assault.

  • Prevention of acts of terrorism.
