The French Cardiology Federation is dedicated to supporting people with heart disease throughout the country. It is supported in this mission by regional cardiology associations and Heart and Health clubs.

The Saint-Avold Club

To support you in your rehabilitation process following an accident or a diagnosis of heart disease, the Saint-Avold Heart and Health Club, sponsored by Dr. Pierre Webert, offers regular exercise sessions. These sessions are also open to people without heart problems, as part of a preventive health initiative. The club is a place for discussion aimed at promoting healthy habits to limit the risk of developing factors that increase the likelihood of cardiovascular disease.

The Heart Trails

This is a major prevention campaign taking place across France. Its goal is to educate the public about behaviors to avoid and adopt in order to reduce the incidence of disease. It also serves as an opportunity to combat a sedentary lifestyle, as this event invites you to rediscover the joy of physical activity in the great outdoors. Professionals will be on hand to:

• Check your blood pressure and measure your blood sugar
• Demonstrate life-saving techniques
• Raise public awareness of the importance of continuing education
